Super Junior's Siwon Reveals His True Identity In 'She Was Pretty'

Super Junior's Siwon was revealed to be the reclusive author, Ten, during the penultimate episode of MBC's "She Was Pretty.

The 15th episode of the hit romantic comedy opened with a clean shaven Kim Shin Hyuk (Siwon), who approached deputy chief editor Ji Sung Joon (Park Seo Joon), with an interview with the elusive novelist, Ten.

Viewers previously speculated that Shin Hyuk was the unidentified conglomerate heir who was also the nephew of the flamboyant head editor, Kim Ra Ra (Hwang Seok Jeong). However, the would-be vice president and heir turned out to be the sloppily dressed writer, Kim Poong Ho (Ahn Se Ha).

The Korean outlet, Dispatch, published behind-the-scenes photos of Siwon, as he shaved off his facial hair to adopt the appearance of an esteemed writer. Cameras captured his transition from Shin Hyuk to Ten, as he cleaned up his laissez-faire appearance to embark on a feature shoot for his former publication, the Most.

His turn in "She Was Pretty" serves as his final K-Drama role, prior to his military enlistment. Siwon is scheduled to enlist as a conscripted policeman on November 19, 2015.

Meanwhile, Super Junior recently celebrated their 10-year anniversary in Korean pop. SM Entertainment honored the group, which is currently one of their longest on-going acts, with a sub-label.

"She Was Pretty" will conclude its 16-episode run on November 11, without an extension, despite its high ratings, which approached 20 percent in nationwide viewership.
