Gwen Stefani Blake Shelton News: Christina Aguilera Says Back Off From New Couple?

Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton has found an ally in their new romance. Latest news has it, Christina Aguilera was no longer an obstacle for the pair but has apparently turned into their defender.

In an interview with the Associated Press, the "Dirrty" singer not only shared her support to the new couple but also seemingly dispelled the rumors that she's at a war with the No Doubt singer for a place on "The Voice."

As she opened up about the fellow "The Voice" judges, she also told the critics of the pair to back off from their newfound happiness.

"They're both great people and divorce is rough," the "Dirrty" singer pointed out to the source above. "Let them have their happiness."

The "Dirrty" singer has also gone through her share of divorce when she and ex-husband Jordan Batman had a fall out in 2011. Knowing how the scrutiny felt then, Christina Aguilera told Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton to keep away from news and rumors about their relationship especially now with rumors saying they might have cheated on their exes Miranda Lambert and Gavin Rossdale.

"Don't read it!" the "Dirrty" singer said about rumors about the "The Voice" pair. "You don't need to fill your mind or give your energy to any of it. Keep it positive. Do what makes you happy. Do what makes your soul feel good."

Apart from throwing her support on the Blake Shelton Gwen Stefani romance news, Christina Aguilera also insisted that she and the No Doubt singer were good friends amid rumors that they're purportedly competing for a place on the show.

"I've known Gwen for a really long time," the season 10 "The Voice" judge told Us Weekly at the same Verizon's HopeLine campaign event last week. "Gwen's such a great mother and a hard-working mother too! It's not easy to juggle 'The Voice' and music and children - it takes a strong woman. And obviously I'm always in support of that."
