miss A's Suzy Bae looked like a breathtaking painting in the December issue of 1st Look.
The beauty modeled ethereal hanboks in white, which she accessorized with sweet flower ornaments clipped onto her hair. While posing, Suzy held on to bouquets and looked into the camera or shyly concentrated on the floor. The collection could easily be mistaken for a wedding photoshoot! For her beauty, Suzy tried shimmering peach lips with thin cat-eye and subtle pink eyeshadow. Her nails were painted white to match her elaborate ensembles.
The pictorial theme was inspired by Suzy's upcoming film The Sound of a Flower (Dorihwaga). The project is about a young woman who is taught pansori, even though women were forbidden to perform the art of Korean traditional musical storytelling. The film was directed by Lee Jong Pil, the mastermind behind the mega-hit The Man From Nowhere, and will be released on Nov. 25.
According to the magazine, "Despite the challenge of wearing hanboks, Suzy radiated her special charm and captivated with her emotional eyes. Her pretty visuals further heighten expectations for the upcoming film."
In other fashion news, Suzy modeled goddess gowns in the October issue of Elle. She also attended the Burberry Prorsum flagship store opening event in Seoul with dozens of other film and K-pop stars.
