‘Narcos’ Season 2 Spoilers: Show To Focus On Pablo Escobar’s Fears? Series To Have Season 3?

With a cliffhanger season 1 ending, "Narcos" season 2 is speculated to be full of stories to tell, especially that of Pablo Escobar, spoilers claimed.

As the drug deals continue, the drug kingpin is predicted to be flooded with so much worries especially when he thinks about the possibility of getting extradited to the United States, according to Bustle.

"This is, in his mind, a dementor-like 'fate worse than deat' to be avoided at all costs," Bustle's Leah Thomas theorized. "There is also, now that he has escaped, going to be a manhunt."

Accordingly, Pablo Escobar will be gunned down in "Narcos" season 2 by "a vigilante group called Los Pepes, which included members of the Cali Cartel like we met in season 1."

And with the predicted demise of the great kingpin, Thomas dished in her spoilers that the involvement of the Drug Enforcement Agency in Colombia's drug situation will continue while the show's followers will "probably see how the rest of Colombia responds to his passing."

She further narrated that with the Search Bloc, which is composed of Murphy, Peña, the United States DEA, US Navy SEALS, Delta Force and the ISA, going after the Cali Cartel, there is a huge probability that "Narcos" will not end with season 2.

This claim was even supported by Crossmap when it pointed out that with the eventual death of Pablo Escobar, "Narcos will still have material left for a third season if in case they want to show the stories of the other cartels."

It can be recalled that the second season of this Netflix American crime drama series was announced in September through an exclusive report of The Hollywood Reporter.

"With production in Colombia wrapped on season one, [Chris] Brancato will continue to be credited as a co-creator on Narcos," the report stated.

It was learned that its writers have been prodded since April due to the anticipated run of "Narcos" season 2.
