While the depiction of the women in the game may ruffle some feathers, Koei Tecmo explained on Facebook that it was a good idea to release the game in the Western countries.

Even a developer, Hunie Pop, took to Twitter to express their disappointment and offered Koei Tecmo a whopping $1 million to continue with the originally planned release. However, there is no response from Koei Tecmo regarding this.
