Adele, Jennifer Lawrence and Emma Stone's recent hangout may have seemingly become the envy of many girl squad's lately.
As reported by Entertainment Weekly, the threesome enjoyed their visit to the Big Apple by hanging out for dinner last Monday. The "Hello" singer, "Mockingjay Part 2" actress and "Birdman" actress were spotted arriving at the New York Cosme Mexican restaurant with different people but were pictured leaving the place together.
E! Online even had a picture of the threesome sharing a ride after having dinner together. A source of the entertainment channel revealed that the A-list personalities were able to pull the hangout by having an assistant book them a spot in the restaurant.
Adele, Jennifer Lawrence and Emma Stone recent hangout has even compared to Taylor Swift's squad, who also has its own share of star power. According to a report on Cosmopolitan, the trio hangout was "better than Taylor Swift's" squad. Despite the comparison, there's no competition though.
As told in Vanity Fair, the Birdman" actress was also a part of Taylor Swift's squad. While it was still a wonder how the trio became friends it the first place, the report explained that the "Hello" singer and "Mockingjay part 2" actress have gotten together earlier this year. Stone, meanwhile, had the chance to spend some time with the British singer as they were both a guest on "The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon."
Despite the mysterious friendship history, Marie Claire noted there Adele, Jennifer Lawrence and Emma Stone's public sighting has redefined "girl's night out." The hangout also happened at the same time that the "Mockingjay Part 2" actress has opened up about how she chooses her friends.
"I have a very small circle," the "Mockingjay Part 2" actress pointed out. "The moment I feel like someone is using me or is in it for the wrong reasons, I have zero guilt about just cutting them the f--- out of my life."
"My bulls--- detector is phenomenal," she added to EW as cited by People. "None of my friends bulls--- me. Everything in my life has to be real."
