Since Nicki Minaj and Meek Mill became an item, controversy after controversy has continued to hound the couple.
Recently, the Philadelphia-born hip hop artist was blasted by fans for posting another intriguing "facts" quote on social media which may have been alluding to a fellow rapper, according to the International Business Times.
"By staying strong in your convictions, you will prevail," the 28-year-old rapper posted in his Instagram account on Thursday.
It could not be determined who Meek Mill, who has been in a serious relationship with Nicki Minaj, was exactly hitting on in his cryptic post
But some believe that the American rapper's message could have been aimed at either Drake or his label mate Dwayne.
"Not in this lifetime meek, you have to reconcile with what you did or else karma will not be kind," a follower commented. "You did wrong, that is why it is still bugging you and you're fighting to prove yourself once again."
Another user criticized the "Young & Getting It" artist for his "integrity" post by saying, "Your the one that tried to bully a singing n---- because you thought you can win, now look at you, got bodied lol..."
"Meek ... Just go head and apologize to Drake and Wale, so you can finally sleep at night ...," a fan advised.
In the meantime, Rick Ross has joined the Mill Meek-Drake fray by blasting the former, whom he has accused of riding on the coattails of his popular girlfriend Nicki Minaj, according to KDramastars.
The burly 39-year-old rapper used his song "Color Money" to take a dig at the "Tupac Back" rapper by sarcastically referring to the latter as his "homie."
"My little homie made a million on his girl's tour," he sang.
Some fans believe that the lyrics of Ross' song was a reference to Mill who has been opening for the "Pink Print" tour.
But despite the brickbats that Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj have lately been getting, the pair is bent on performing together and forging ahead with the colorful relationship.
