"Final Fantasy 7" remake will be released in parts instead of one whole game.
The anticipation for a "Final Fantasy 7" remake has been built up when Square Enix first announced that they would actually be remastering the game. While many thought that the game was just going to be upgraded with better graphics, but the developers had other plans and decided to remake the game.
The "Final Fantasy 7" remake just got a new trailer over the weekend at The Playstation Experience event. According to Gamezone, the first thing that was noticed, apart from the detailed graphics, was the new battle system.
It is because of this new, dynamic battle system that made the game too big for a single release, this resulted in the "Final Fantasy 7" remake to be released episodically.
Destructoid reported that while the "Final Fantasy 7" remake will be a "multi-part series," Square Enix isn't super how many episodes there will be in total.
"Final Fantasy 7" is a role-playing video game developed and published by Square Enix for Playstation. It was first released in 1997, and is the seventh insallment in the "Final Fantasy" series. This was also the first game in the series to use 3D computer graphics that featured fully computer rendered characters on pre-rendered backgrounds. The game was remade for the newer game consoles and upgraded its graphics to suit the modern gaming technology.
The game follows protagonist Cloud Strife, a mercenary to joins a rebel organization called AVALANCHE in order to stop the powerful and controlling megacorportation called Shira from draining the planet of life in order to produce energy. As the game progresses, the mission has changed and Cloud becomes involved in a world-threatening conflict where the existence of their world is in danger.
