Han Seung Yeon has officially signed a contract with a new agency just weeks after her previous contract with DSP Media expired.
The former Kara member signed a contract with J. Wide Company, a global management agency that houses numerous celebrities.
"We have recently signed an exclusive contract with Seung Yeon. She has proven her capabilities and uniqueness as both a singer and actress over the past nine years," said a report given by J. Wide Company.
"We will do everything in our power to support Seung Yeon from every direction, including singing, acting, variety shows,and more."
J. Wide did not back down on showing their devotion to helping Seung Yeon succeed as they encourage fans and follows to "keep an eye out for her future activities."
Previously, a news report speculated that Seung Yeon would join Widmay Entertainment, which houses a number of actors, including Hong Jong Hyun and Lee Gi-Woo. However, it appears that Seung Yeon decided to sign an exclusive contract with J. Wide Company instead.
Seung Yeon first debuted with girl group Kara in 2007, gaining popularity through both her singing and acting.
