Girl's Day are gearing up for a comeback sometime in the first half of 2016.
Hyeri, member of Girl's Day, revealed in an interview that the members are currently in the process of selecting songs for their next album.
In an interview with Korean news outlet Sports Donga on Feb. 19, Hyeri revealed her plans for the first half of 2016, stating that she would return to her original job as a singer, but continue acting as well, focusing on both activies in parallel.
Although she has not decided whether to make her next project acting or singing, Hyeri did state in the interview that Girl's Day are currently choosing songs from various composers to add to their next album.
An insider at Girl's Day's agency, Dream Entertainment, responded to the matter on Feb. 19, confirming Hyeri's statement. "We are currently making progress on their next project and next album while simultaneously filming advertisements, photoshoots, and other programs."
After Girl's Day's previous album was released in July 2015, all the members began to focus on individual activities, but they are now reuniting to decide the concept for their comeback.
