"Tokyo Ghoul Re:" chapter 69 is already online through Manga Stream. The chapter continues to chronicle the attacks on Cochlea as it leads to different revelations of the people defending the facility as well as the ghouls who are attacking the place. Before any predictions of the upcoming chapters, here's a bit of a recap.

The chapter starts with Ken recalling his training struggle with Arima as he rescues Hinami. He then reveals his plan: get Hinami out of the facility and deal with Arima later. Meanwhile, the Aogiri Tree is having a hard time attacking Cochlea as they face Arima who did not have any problems with any of their attacks. The staff at Cochlea decided to release the poisonous gas for the ghouls who were forced to go deeper. In a flashback, Ayato, Yomo and Touka were reunited once again who also revealed their intention in saving Hinami.

Ken revealed that he knows a loophole on how to get out of the facility. However, the chapter ends with Furata surprising Ken and Hinami.

The upcoming chapters will feature intense one-on-one battles. Ken will have to face Furata if he wants to save Hinami. Others might end up fighting in Gate 3 as it was recently opened probably to serve as choke-point for the ghouls who want to get out of the facility. 

As for fan predictions and speculations, User Bzorkyarm on Reddit predicts someone is going to die in the upcoming chapters, "Arima, Banjou, Ayato, Touka, Yomo, Hinami, Amon, Kaneki and Furata? The Gang's all here! Someone's going to die from the way they've set this up; I guarantee it." User iNeedSpoilers in Manga Stream also speculates the possible state of Ayato and Kaneki after Cochlea, "Unfortunately for Kaneki we all know he is not going to die not right now for sure. Ayato will live? Probably another half dead treatment for him from Arima this time round..."
