Park Yoochun's DNA Matches In First Sexual Assault Case

New developments have taken place in one of Park Yoochun's sexual assault cases.

According to Seoul police on July 7, despite the fact that Park's DNA matches the DNA found on the woman's underwear, it is likely that Park Yoochun will be found not guilty of sexually assaulting the first woman.

The first woman submitted her underwear to the police for DNA testing, and the results show that Park's DNA was indeed present on the clothing. The police investigation has determined that although this is evidence of sexual intercourse, it is difficult to use it as evidence that Park used force in the encounter.
The women who sued Park all stated during the investigation that Park did not threaten or use violence against them during the encounter.

The investigations regarding all four cases of sexual assault are still underway. However, there is a high chance of Park being found not guilty due to the difficulty of proving that he used force during the encounter.

The encounters all took place between 2015 and June 2016 in various locations, including adult entertainments establishment, Park's residence, and a karaoke room.
