Wellmade Star M then acquired "Dream Tea Entertainment" in 2013. Dream Tea Entertainment handled the girl group Girl's Day.
Wellmade Star M also acquired Yedang Company in 2014. It was then where they changed their name again into "Wellmade Yedang".
Wellmade Yedang grew and bought 80 percent share of YMC Entertainment in 2015. The agency also acquired BLUE STAR Entertainment in the same year.
Unfortunately, Yedang Company separated with Wellmade in 2016. The agency then changed their name into "Imagine Asia" the same year which is now home to actors such as Lee Sun-bin, Jin Ki-hee, and Heo Eun-jung.
