Hit K-pop girl group, SISTAR, surprised the world with news about their sudden breakup has been confirmed. With this, it has just been proven that they are a part of the many K-pop groups that didn't make it past seven years.
The news came out after the four members of the group, Soyou, Bora, Dasom, and Hyolyn, has confirmed that the news surrounding their sudden break up are indeed all true. To prove this, the members even posted a handwritten letter on the homepage of their fan club.
In the letter, the girls expressed their deep regret that they disbanded too soon. They also took the chance to show their gratitude to all of the fans that have supported them throughout the years.
Hyolyn says that they have finally decided to walk through different paths because they wanted to pursue their respective solo careers. The girls then added that they will do the best of what they can to continue improving their skills and talent, bringing more great music to the K-pop industry.
According to Korea Times, Bora says in her letter that she cherishes all of the moments that she spent with her fans and that she is happy as to how SISTAR had become through the years. In Bora's letter, it can clearly be seen that she feels really sad knowing that there will be no more SISTAR around.
The K-pop rapper recalls all of the great memories that she had and she wants to show her gratitude to the fans for it. This is one of the most surprising disbandment because of the group's management company, Starship Entertainment, says that the group's next digital single will come out this coming May 31.
According to All K-pop, the girls were even seen previously to be very happy together during the live streaming service that they had in social media. It was one day before they shot the music video for their latest single recording.
