In a recent press conference for her new movie "Real," Sulli drew the spotlight anew because of her unique answers to questions asked by the media. At one point, it even seemed like she wasn't a big fan of her own movie.
According to a report by All Kpop, Sulli was asked to recommend a movie from a genre she liked. However, when she seemed to be mulling her answer, veteran actor Sung Dong Il tried to help her out by saying she should perhaps recommend "Real," the movie they were promoting.
Sulli said after some consideration that she wasn't a big fan of noir films. Sung Dong Gil gave her a brief look and the actress backpedaled to say that she liked psychological thrillers. Sung Dong Gil reportedly gave her another look and the actress asked why he was giving her a look. It seemed, however, that Sulli was just teasing her co-star who in turn joked that Sulli's mind completely flies away when asked more than two questions.
Real, which stars "My Love from the Star" actor Kim Soo Hyun and Sulli, revolves around Jang Tae Young, a famous troubleshooter for the underground who is cold, ambitious and wants to make it big on his own someday. However, his plans are hampered when a reporter tries to take him down.
In an interview with Soompi, Kim Soo Hyun and Sulli revealed how they prepared for their roles in the movie. According to Kim Soo Hyun, he had to train in boxing to prepare for the action scenes in the movie. He also said that he was very excited about his big screen comeback in a long time.
Sulli, for her part, said that in order to do justice to her role as a physical therapist, she had to visit hospitals to observe how rehabilitation therapists attend to their patients. "Real" will be shown in theaters towards the end of June.
