China is Under Fire For Copying This Boy Group & Korean TV Program's Concepts

It seems China can't keep their hands to themselves as they continue to borrow or downright copy many of Korea's entertainment ideas.

Recently, Chinese modeling group Shanqi Culture were a target of netizen's anger after they were captured copying NCT 127's "Cherry Bomb" concept photos. Fans uploaded side by side photos of their photo shoot and NCT 127's individual teaser images to show how they blatantly plagiarized their concept.

The Weibo uploader commented, "A lot of people who are influencers online, models, tend to give up their careers halfway because it's hard to continue such a career - but some tend to find ways to make ends meet and continue on." Angrier fans stated, "I know the 'Cherry Bomb' concept is pretty and all but why copy it like that??", "???? This is too similar to 'Cherry Bomb'. The cherry character is even the same. What is wrong with them?", "Why? Why do you have to copy NCT?!", "They have absolutely no creativity. It's like copy and paste... omg."

But that wasn't the only thing China copied from Korea. Recently popular show 'Lee Hyori's Bed & Breakfast' was another target of China's copycat ways. Chinese broadcasting station Hunan Television has once again plagiarized another JTBC broadcast following accusations of plagiarizing tvN's 'Youn's Kitchen'.

According to the show's description, 'Dearly Accommodations' revolves around two couples running guest houses where viewers will get to observe the lives of two different couples. Strikingly similar, huh? What do you think of China's obvious copycat methods? Share your thoughts in the comments down below.
