Aside from the label, Jessi also announced the good news through Instagram. She posted two new photos of herself with the caption, "09.23, mark your calendars."

This will be the singer's first return in one year and two months, since her last single "Down," launched last July 6, 2018, as well as her first release since joining P NATION earlier this year, 2019.
Previously, Psy uploaded a photo on his personal Instagram account with the hashtag "#spoiler," showing the female idol posing on a roof of what seems to be a grandiose cathedral or castle. She finished the contest in second place. After that, she was invited as guests to several famous variety shows like Running Man and Happy Together.
Also, that same year, Jessi launched her first-ever solo rap single titled "Ssenunni," on September 15. In 2016, she became a permanent member in season 1 of the program "Sister's Slam Dunk." Then in 2017, she revealed another rap single "Gucci" and her first mini-album called "Un2verse."
