Two members of TRCNG sued TS Entertainment for child abuse and violence. Jung Ji Suk of Namkang Law & IP, the legal representative of TRCNG's Taeseon and Wooyeop, issued a statement that details the reasons for the two members for battling with their company.

The lawyer began the report mentioning that the boys submitted a certification of contents to their label on November 4 to inform them about their contract termination. Then, on November 12, the artists filed criminal complaints to the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency that involve two officials such as Director Park Sang Hyun and choreography director Yoon.

Park Sang Hyun is said to have frequently been abusing the members, who are still minors. According to Taeseon and Wooyeop, he would force the group to learn the choreography from 5 p.m. to 5 a.m. each day, and then they are expected to come to the agency at 10 a.m. to practice their vocals.

Since the members are unable to travel two to three hours back and forth to attend school, they transferred to another school during their second year in high school. The boys are now two years behind the other students their age.

The two TRCNG members also shared that Park Sang Hyun assaulted the boys with a game and habitually cursed at them. When the idols got injured while breakdancing, the agency did not do anything, so they went to the emergency room by themselves to be treated. In addition, the group didn't receive any food, and their dorm has no water and electricity since the company fails to pay the bills. And the time the air conditioner, purifier, and toilet were broken, TRCNG's parents were the ones who fixed them or bought new ones for them.

As for choreography director Yoon, TRCNG revealed that Wooyeop got injured because of him when he hit the artist with a steel chair this past June. Once again, the company didn't make a move, so Wooyeon went to the Soonchunhyang University Emergency Room alone and was advised to take a break for 14 days. After two days of getting treatments, he was brought to a different hospital because of having a high fever.

Furthermore, the statement also noted that Taeseon was often scolded and hit when he was still training since he was the leader of the group. Taeseon said that he was hit on the head and also received curses, so he decided to leave the company.

After releasing the lawyer's statements, TS Entertainment stated that the claims made by TRCNG's Wooyeop and Taeseon are not real.
