We sure did miss the permed Jongdae (Chen's birth name), and we are more than pleased to say that his hairstylist finally does an amazing job this time-don't even remind us of his bowl cut in "Love Shot," which was tragic AF. His voice is always his saving grace though.
Truly, the main EXO member is rocking this hair, which isn't specifically brand new. The first time he swept us off our feet with this 'do was during the "Call Me Baby" era. In addition, he's sporting rogue-looking clothes from top to bottom. And yes, who can resist a man dressed in suspenders? And it's Chen, which is a big bonus!
Of course, his evil clone is here to wreck your bias list. He is dressed in a red suit without an undershirt, exposing his chest. But what truly strikes us are X-EXO's Chen's sleek hair, petrifying eyes, red eyeliner, white lashes, all in all, which seemingly personify an underworld god. Let's not forget to discuss the flames behind him while he poses nonchalantly. His power is thunder, so what does the blaze mean in his teasers?
Theories do narrate that the X-EXO members are more powerful than the ones from the main universe. Could it be that they can dupe the other members' powers? Speaking of which, fire is Chanyeol's.
Whatever this whole, intricate storyline is, we are excited about what the EXO and X-EXO heroes and villains will bring on the 27th.
The leader of the pack Suho and his counterpart from X-EXO will be the last to drop the teasers at 12-midnight KST on November 22. EXO-Ls can't wait to see the duo's clips and images (and abs!), while some are quite expecting something spectacular. EXO's post on Twitter and Facebook says, "Comeback D-7 EXO heralded a varied appeal w/ the dance song 'Groove', about lovers sharing affectionate feelings as if they were crossing reality & dream through dancing, and the hip hop dance song 'Ya Ya Ya' w/ lyrics expressing the belief in love that began in a moment!"
Further, "Ya Ya Ya" is sampled from SWV's "You're The One" and goes with Heavy 808 bass and addictive chorus.
