On November 25, Kang Kyung Yoon reported on "Joo Young Jin's News" that the late singer had a role in finding out the truth about Jung Joon Young's chat room scandal.
The reported said "After Sulli's death, Hara and I talked about she's doing and she told me that she'll live a good life and that she'll continue to be strong. That's why when news broke out that she's gone, I couldn't believe it. I felt devastated.
Goo Hara also had a hard time with her ex-boyfriend, she was mocked by people because of the video that was leaked by her ex. Even though the boyfriend went to trial and had a sentence, online bullying didn't stop. People still mocked her online and some of the comments are seriously damaging.
I remember how she reached out regarding Jung Joon Young's case. She told me I want to help the victims because I feel like we have similar circumstances. I don't know how I can be of help, but I want to help."
Unfortunately, Goo Hara was found dead on her private residence last November 24.
