On December 10, it was reported that MAP6 will take a temporary break from all future activities.
A representative from MAP6's agency, All-S Entertainment, said "4 out of the 5-member group plan to enlist in the military in January of 2020. That's why the group has decided to take a temporary break. However, please do note that it is not disbandment. Please prevent from spreading false news."
The group has delivered the news to their fans through their recent fan meeting and concert in Japan on the last 30th of November and the 1st of December respectively.
MAP6's debut was in 2015 under the name "Girl's Day's Younger Brother Group." The group has since been active and has garnered recognition not just in Korean but in Japan as well.
