Netizens and Exo-ls gathered various reactions after the dating rumor of the currently serving in military EXO member Xiumin and SNSD Choi Sooyoung's sister, Choi Soo Jin, came out.
The rumor started in a Korean online community, or fan café, where staff posted using her social media account a legit image seeing EXO Xiumin staying and killing time on a café shop located at Namhae, Gyeongnam, the team is working at. Everything is fine, and netizens were happy to see this update that the member is doing well.
However, during the same day, Choi Soo JIn, sister of SNSD Choi Soo Young which is a senior of the EXO Xiumin posted on her Instagram using her personal account in which she was seen going out on the same café which Xiumin was last seen.
Due to this, fans then speculated and created the rumor that the EXO member and the young lady went out on that day for a date, and chose to hang out at Namhae.
This issue stirs several comments, and part of the crowd cheer on the rumored couple while the latter didn't believe and pleaded to stop the issue.
There was no evidence seeing the two together in that café on the same day. However, some netizens added to the fire providing the fact that the two could probably start developing feelings for each other after working together. It was a fact that the two celebrities had been acquainted, as Choi Soo Jin also joined and prepared a show together with EXO Xiumin, which is a musical theater entitled "Promise of the Day," along with SHINee's Onew.
For those who still don't have any idea who Choi Soo Jin, she is a lady in her 34, is a voice actress, and she performed with the idol member during the Army Creative Musical/Return for this year.
Fans and netizen then think that this might be the time where there started knowing each other, but up to what kind of "relationship" they have is still unknown.
And as stated, reactions were divided, former was already rooting for them, and is thinking that this could be the time for Minseok to date already and that dating shouldn't be a big issue for the people. But some then believe that this rumor should not be a big deal for there is no solid proof, and this rumor should subside already.
