The Former Project Group "Wanna One" member and actor Ong Seongwu's first-ever digital single "WE BELONG" has been released Thursday, the 9th of January 2020.

Ong Seongwu's agency Fantagio said on Tuesday that they would release Ong's first digital single "WE BELONG" and its music video through various music sites at 6 pm KST.

"WE BELONG" is his self-written and self-composed song that completes the consolation of youth with Ong Seongwu's sensibility. For the song, the comfortable atmosphere of the acoustic guitar and the vocal chops made with Ong Seongwu's voice are making him a lot more attractive.

The atmosphere was warm and fresh, with his autobiographical story and message of consolation to the youth. Like the meaning of the title, the story 'We belong to each other' was drawn by comparing it to constellations, universes, and others.

The song's soft yet warm atmosphere was echoed back and forth between the background of the blue and the wood tone. Also, the scene where Ong Sung-woo seems to be sitting in space with a book titled "WELO (Ong Seongwu's Fan Club Name)" maximized the emotional feeling, prompting curiosity about the story he will bring into his new music. 

Then, the video is not complete with Ong Seongwu's smile surrounded with such colorful flowers added a splendid beauty to the video, while his charming visuals were enough to catch the eye. 

He liked the idea of joining them no matter what, to "star seats" and "space." His acoustic guitar and Ong Seongwu's voice mingled to listen comfortably and sang a refreshing and warm song of consolation to youth.

Ong Seongwu also appeared in his music video released together. From casual look to suits, it added a variety of fashion and atmosphere, and the space images conceived in the song lyrics are impressive. Ong Seongwu released this digital single, saying, "I wrote and composed lyrics directly at the end of 25 in the midst of my youth. I also felt uneasy, and I don't know the future yet, but I'll be fine with it. It's the same song that I feel for myself," he said.

He added that in January 2020, when the year begins, "I hope the song, which is warm and fresh, will be comforting to many." The music video features a dreamy feeling of the image of the universe being shared in a space with a warm and cozy atmosphere. Looking for messages that Ong Seongwu hid in the music video is also expected to be fun. 

Ong Seongwu's marked a successful start as an actor with the drama "Moment at Eighteen" early last year broadcasted in JTBC. This time, Ong Seongwu participated and will make an appearance on the JTBC entertainment program "Traveler in Argentina," which is set to premiere in February.

The stage for the new song "WE BELONG" will be unveiled at Ong Seongwu's first solo fan meeting with the same name in South Korea to be held twice on the 11th of January at 2 pm and 7 pm at Kyunghee University on the 18th of January in Thailand, on the 15th of February in Taipei, and on the 25th of February in Philippines.
