It will be the first time in history for a Korean singer to perform at the Grammy Awards, which has the highest authority in the music world. Grammy also added BTS to the list of performers posted on its official website. BTS became a presenter for the "Best R&B Album" category of the Grammy Awards last year, becoming the first Korean singer to attend the show and said that they had expressed their determination to challenge the Grammy, meaning they will come back.

Though it boasts the enormous scale and authority among the U.S. music awards, it considered being exclusive to conservative and non-English artists to show BTS' international status. And now, this is going to be their first time to perform on Grammy Awards.

Pop singer Ariana Grande has unveiled her meeting with the group BTS on Twitter and Instagram. Ariana Grande posted a photo last Thursday, 25th of January, with the words "look who I bumped into at the rehearsal." The black-and-white image revealed Ariana Grande and BTS members (RM, Jimin, Jungkook, V, J-Hope, and Jin) who met comfortably at the rehearsal scene.

This post has already been the second time BTS Jungkook has met Ariana Grande, and the first one was at her concert, where they even snapped photos together that soon became Ariana's lock screen photo. Sources have also hinted that it can be possible to have a collaboration between the two, saying its "only a matter of time."

Soon after, she posted the picture, another idol that fans want Ariana to collaborate with commented under the photo. Red Velvet's Yeri, a longtime supporter of hers, soon commented on the picture, saying: "I envy them ari"

Ariana Grande will be performing at the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards in Los Angeles on the 26th of January, KST. The U.S. media variety also reported that BTS' attendance at the Grammy Awards drawn attention to their meeting as it stated that the group is going to perform along with Lil Nas X, Mason Ramsey, and Billy Ray Cyrus.

The "Old Town Road All-Stars" is one of the two individual sections set up at this year's awards ceremony, according to the National Record Arts Academy, which organizes the Grammy. Lil Nas X's "Old Town Road" was the song that topped Billboard's single chart "Hot 100" for 19 weeks, making headlines for its collaborative version with many musicians. BTS leader RM also released "Seoul Town Road," a collaborative song featured on "Old Town Road," in July last year, along with Lil Nas X.

BTS left for Los Angeles on Wednesday. On Wednesday, local time, she will appear on the popular CBS talk show "The Late Show with James Corden" to showcase her new song "Black Swan" for the first time. The 62nd Grammy Awards will be at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California. Based on Korean time, the show will broadcast exclusively live on Mnet at 9:55 a.m.
