BTS Jimin fans proved again that an idol's heart is indeed reflecting a fan's heart for recently, Jimin fansite "Invictus" with a twitter username @Invictus1013 had a donation drive for Busan Arts High School Students, giving another ten scholarships to low-income families, which is the Alma Mater of the male idol.
An initial ten scholarships were given beforehand, making it 20 scholarships in total. The project was named after the idol, which is called "Park Jimin Scholarship," and will be focused on supporting students who have difficulties in terms of their financial status but want to pursue dancing, art, and music. It has been noted that a total of 10 million Won or approximately 8545 US Dollars were collected, coming from donors in and out of Korea who participated and chip in for the project.
The fansite admin 'Invictus' who organized the event then expressed her grateful heart to everyone who participated and to those who help on spreading the information to reach more people who want to lend a hand.
On her post the last the 23rd of January, she said,
"Finally, it was released, and I can say thank you to everyone. Thank you to the fans who participated in the project. It means so much that you all can continue to support the Park Jimin Scholarship."
She then committed to help and support BTS and Jimin for a long time in the future. 'Invictus' also attached the certification photo, acknowledging a donation under the male idol's name.
Furthermore, foreign actress Ashley Pierce recognized Jimin for his massive influence not only in the field of music but as well as to those who were in need.
On the American actress twitter post, she mentioned the BTS official Twitter account. She also used the #ThankYouJimin, which is the official hashtag being used by ARMYs, BTS fandom, to express their appreciation towards the male superstar.
Pierce posted, " For inspiring people to find their voice, speak themselves, and love who they are: #ThankYouJimin and thank you to the entire group of @BTS_twt for bringing such joy and happiness to the world.
On the other hand, BTS and Jimin will be the first Korean Artist that will be performing on America's "Grammy Awards," together with famous western singers and musicians. The show will be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, the USA on the 26th of January. The awarding ceremony will also be broadcasted through the MNET broadcasting channel on the 27th at 9:55 a.m.
In addition to this, on the 28th, they will be performing their new track, "Black Swan at, "The Late Show James Corden," wherein fans and supporters will be able to see the choreography of the song for the first time.
The 21st of February is the set release of their comeback album, "MAP of the SOUL:7" which fans are already anticipating.
Meanwhile, BTS members greeted the ARMY in celebration of the Lunar Chinese New Year through their selfies. Using the same filter with 2020 as their headband, the members showcased their perfect visuals as they smile to the camera.
