EXO are known and named to be charity angels for January 2019 due to their corporate and individual donations, and they were given this title by K-Pop Star - Idol Ranking app which is fan-voted and had a total of 2, 994 votes.

The category is exclusive of both male and female idol groups and individuals who have taken the initiative on giving instead of receiving. The whole of 2018 EXO was on top of the rankings, statistics in the app states that the group's entire contribution amounted to 14,500,000 won or almost $12,500 the total consists of 29 separate entries throughout 12 consecutive months.

It is also stated that the individual members who gave their share are the following (approximate values are provided): Xiumin with $3,000, Baekhyun and Sehun with $4,500 each, and the whole group donated around $18,000 - the highest amount of money any group has given before.

This is why it's not a shock that Sehun was reported to have given a hefty donation once again, this time to his elementary school! Just a few days before, on February 13th, the youngest member of EXO donated 20 million won or approximately $17000 to his alma mater. He decided that the whole amount would be allocated for scholarship grants for model students at Seoul Mangu Elementary School, who maintained excellent grades.

The school displayed and hung out a banner at the gates to celebrate the donation, the banner's statement is "Thanks to EXO Oh Sehun (30th) Scholarship Donation of 20 Million Won! Congratulations". SM Entertainment was inquired about Sehun's actions, and they replied with: "It seems that this is a personal donation that he made."

However, this was not Sehun's only action towards giving back to his community. The idol is known to be supportive of children, their education, and their happiness. He has helped and volunteered countless times at the Sunduk Home, which is a children welfare center in Seoul, South Korea. Previously on May 5th, 2019, Sehun celebrated Children's Day at their facilities.

He played and spent time doing activities with the children of Sunduk Home. His fans know how Sehun has a deep and close relationship with the facilitators and staff there. In the last five years, he was seen multiple times spending his day offs at the center just interacting with the children. EXO-Ls have followed their favorite idols' footsteps and have given donations to Sunduk Homes' facility as well.

Sehun's most recent activities as a celebrity include attending the lavish and luxurious Berluti fashion show in Milan on January 17th. Berluti is Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy subsidiary brand that manufactures menswear, shoes, belts, bags, wallets, and more. Sehun is known to be EXO's, Louis Vuitton Golden Boy. He was invited as a special guest at the Menswear Winter 2020 at the Palais Garnier in Paris, the capital of France.

The official twitter account of Berluti posted a photo of Sehun with their creative director and the designer of the runway, Kris Van Assche.
