The South Korean girl group (G)I-DLE postponed their first world tour in Bangkok due to coronavirus.

Cube Entertainment, (G)I-DLE's handling agency, announced on the afternoon of February 13th through its official fan cafe as that the group's world tour in Thailand got postponed.

The label stated, "The 2020 (G)I-DLE world tour 'I-LAND: WHO AM I' in Bangkok scheduled on April 4, 2020 is postponed due to concerns about the spread of the new coronavirus."

They subsequently added: "We prioritize the performances but we should also prioritize our performers. With careful consideration regarding the health and safety of the artists, audiences, and staff, we have decided to cancel the program. Everyone's health is our top priority. We appreciate your generous understanding."

(G)I-DLE will hold its first world tour "2020 (G)I-DLE WORLD TOUR I-LAND: WHO AM I" in 32 cities around the world this year. They are expected to meet with global fans, but the spread of the new coronavirus is a growing global concern.

Meanwhile, the schedule for "2020 (G)I-DLE WORLD TOUR I-LAND: WHO AM I" in Bangkok will be announced at a later time.
