Congratulations to the actress and vocalist - Red Velvet's Joy! An official statement from the Korean Business Research Institute was published on the 16th regarding the ranking list for February's brand reputation for individual idol members, specifically girl groups.

The institute built statistical criteria that include the following factors: consumer participation, media coverage, interaction, communication, and community indexes of approximately 476 separate entries from female idols. The organization publishes updated statistics every month.

The popularity of Red Velvet Joy is staying strong this 2020. Once again, she ranked number 1 for the second consecutive month, garnering a score of 1,632,779 for her total brand reputation index this February. The data statistics recorded from January 14 to February 15.

Some notable phrases that were high on her keyword index indicator which was analyzed by the organization involved, "New York," "fashion," and "Instagram," while her top-ranking related terms were "heartwarming," lovely," and "captivate."

Joy accumulated a percentage of 67.05 of positive reactions from a positivity-negativity consumer reaction analysis. However, her statistics this month aren't as impressive as January. It's still got her at 1st place. A quick recap of Joy's record from last month, her overall positive consumer reactions increased to an astonishing percentage of 107.68 from December 2019.

In 2019, the highest-ranking girl group member for brand reputation belonged to BlackPink's Jennie. However, the YG Princess fell down the charts when January's statistics got released to the public.

Jennie ranked at number 13 and then recently increased to second place this February. Jennie's score was very close to Joy's, which was a total of 1,625,919. Throughout 2019 BlackPink's rapper and vocalist were on, and off the top spot in the brand reputation charts, she acquired a total score of 30,914,581. She claimed the number 1 spot for six consecutive months from January to June.

Continuing the idols listed from the brand reputation list, GFRIEND's Eunha placed third with a total index score of 1,593,302, which is just 32,617 numerically less than BlackPink's Jennie.
