Fans can't agree more on the lengthy post of YG's former creative director, Shin Seong Jin, mentioning BLACKPINK's Lisa and NCT's Mark.
On April 14, Shin Seong Jin, popularly known as SJ or SINXITY and who is currently the director of his own creative brand AXIS, posted on his Instagram account a letter of praise towards Mark and Lisa. He also claimed that the female idol is the best artist of this generation.
In his post, he uploaded a photo of the two K-pop stars and wrote, "Lisa is clearly the best artist/idol of this generation that the entertainment can produce. She's every producer's dream."
He also stated that when it comes to talent, skill, charm, personality, and moral, Lisa's statistics are nearly perfect. Fans agree well with SINXITY's statement as they believe that Lisa is one of the role models of this generation. She doesn't lack anything, and that's why she deserves every love that she's getting.
In addition to this, Director Shin also shared some of Lisa's good points starting from her trainee days.
"When she was a trainee, her monthly evaluation was not like a contest, but a solo performance rather. No one can even assess her evaluation. People just appreciated her. The growth period of a young girl in Seoul, far from her family. It's great and beautiful," he said.
"Even though she's a natural-born performer, you can still see her efforts," he went on.
Furthermore, the director also talked about how Lisa is being undervalued. Despite being one of the most followed Korean female artists, YG doesn't let her have her solo debut yet. SINXITY compared having Lisa to winning a lotto grand prize, but YG hasn't withdrawn the money yet, same as releasing or letting Lisa shine as her own color as a performer.
Meanwhile, SINXITY also expressed his thoughts about NCT's Mark.
"Looking at Mark, I can feel a lot of things that I felt when I saw Lisa. The hand gestures and eyes that fit the concept on stage are all so great that it feels like I'm focusing even though it's not a personal camera. But the aura is similar to the other sides of the stage," he shared.
However, just like Lisa, the creative director also believed that NCT's Mark is undervalued, even if he was like the "backbone" of NCT for being in every NCT's unit. Despite the fame, he still doesn't have his own branding and is doing concepts that don't fit him.
He then refers to Mark's fans as lucky for having the eye to see Mark's amazing talent, visuals, and skills.
Lastly, he ended his post by saying, "Grow up and reproduce Mark's value by seven times. He has a DNA-mounted instinctive swag, and he's an eye-catcher, even it's not his part, he captured every second, every millimeter and frame. I'd like a less experimental visual."
He added, "Anyway, I think the future of K-pop depends on these two artists, and I think the day will come when they each take the Super Bowl stage. #Personal tastes #Private stories in a diary."
