Fans are disappointed by the poor response of Big Hit Entertainment with their staff's actions. "Big Hit Protect Your Artists" has begun to spread in South Korea after some agency staff was seen showing terrible conduct towards BTS and TXT.
Earlier that day, the South Korean hashtag hashtag "#BH_아티스트_보호해" started to trend. The hashtag refers to "BH Protect Artists," or "Big Hit Protect Your Artists," more generally.
Along with the hashtag, many incidents have come to show how employees of Big Hit Entertainment are not working after the best interests of the company's musicians. Also, another hashtag had started to circulate through social media that says "#큰성공_직원관리_아티스트_보호해," which means "Big Success, Employee Management, Protect Your Artists."
One image resurfaced that came from the latest BANGTAN BOMB show, where Jin was seen utilizing his DSLR camera in the waiting room for the 2019 Melon Music Awards.
Even when blurred, one of the company's staff can clearly be seen taking pictures of Jin while he's busy using his DSLR Camera.
The image of TXT at Gimpo International Airport, going to Japan, is the next proof linked to the hashtag. There had been dissatisfaction here as the staff of TXT did nothing at all to avoid the sasaeng fans' attack from swarming the members.
Another instance was raised about BTS throughout their Comeback Show- Anpanman Skit. A female employee could evidently be seen peeking into the space in which Suga is sleeping. At the moment, Jungkook arrived to check-in at Suga.
Back to TXT, a repaved image of Yeonjun carrying an umbrella for his boss, rather than the other way around as generally seen in the entertainment sector.
Eventually, another scenario was seen, where RM and Jin were in a hotel corridor, and a female employee pulls her camera out to take a close-up shot of Jin.
When TXT was in their dressing room, it seems as if an employee of the agency was attempting to film Huening Kai and Beomgyu in secret.
Further information about the suspected sasaengs who claim to have no interest in working with BTS or TXT as one of their employees has also come to light again. We do this just to try to get in direct touch with members or to collect information about insiders before revealing it to the public.
"There is a problem with the BTS staff, and I'm gonna say everything right here. There are a lot of sasaengs, and they take pictures all the time. We go out when the members change their clothes, but some people secretly stay in, and too many people try to become close with the members, but they don't easily fall for it. People take pictures and videos way too often, but the members hesitate to talk about it. People, who flirt and try to get laid? Too many. There isn't a single staff of the agency who is not interested in them.
People, an actual seasang, said this, but they might see this if I'm too precise, so I'll talk in a rather broad range. There are so many sasaengs who completely hide the fact that they are a fan and work as a staff member. And a lot of people actually work here for that very reason." said a fan on its tweet
It was also noted that Big Hit Entertainment even provided guidance on how their artists should communicate with their members of the staff, but some employees would curse the musician behind their backs.
People on the social media criticizes Big Hit Entertainment for permitting its employees to take photographs of the musicians they are intended to work with as part of their group, whether it is for personal or other motivating factors. They also condemn how the agency management does not thoroughly check their employees' subsequent reasons for working for the company and for mistreating the members of various prominent groups under Big Hit Entertainment.
