Previously, Dal Shabet's Subin participated through YouTube channel, Update Olympics, where she spoke about the moment she got into a vehicle accident, leading her to cut off her projects for a year.
Subin talked in detail about why her profession was brought to rest at a period when she was very successful in entertainment programs. She admitted she'd been in a car accident.
"I worked on 4 to 5 various entertainment programs back in 2013 and 2014. But during that time, I stumbled into a car accident, and I had to take some time off as an outcome."
Subin provided a more detailed explanation of the incident.
"The vehicle that I was in flipped over entirely. This happened on our route returning to Seoul from Busan. I couldn't feel my arm from the waist downwards when I returned to my consciousness, and my upper body trembled like crazy. Following that, too, I suffered from epileptic symptoms."
Subin continued that her boss is saying her name gave her the impression she had died.
"I heard, 'Subin, you're fine?' So, I thought I was already dead."
But it turned out to be her boss, who hung from above by her safety belt.
"But I noticed my boss was still hanging by her seatbelt above in the flipped car. She asked if I was well. We were both weeping together."
As an outcome, Subin had to step out of her projects for a year, and she said that her break was the reason Dal Shabet didn't take off the way it should.
"At the moment, I felt terrible for my other co-members. And I thought like we really should start taking off, but because of me, we both had to take a long break."
Subin is Dal Shabet's youngest member, and presently she is the CEO of her own business, Subin Agency.
