Kris, Tao, and Luhan might have a possible reunion on screen!
On May 3, photos of Kris have gone viral on various social platforms after fans captured him going on a shoot, which fans don't have an idea about. Nonetheless, fans were happy to see him again as it was quite some time since they've last seen the Chinese idol due to the coronavirus pandemic.
But as the photos circulated online, rumors claimed that Kris was seen on his way to the Chinese music show, "Produce Camp 2020," which is the same show where his former bandmates, Tao and Luhan, are mentors. Fans and OT12 EXO-Ls were thrilled by the news since this fuels the speculation of their possible screen reunion.
Fans also expressed their anticipation to the upcoming episodes of the show, while some feel giddy to see the three interacting again.
Suffice it to say that the three remained friends even after departing from the group. Kris and Luhan released their collaborative track "Coffee" on April 1. The three also showed their unchanging friendship when Tao greeted Kris and Luhan during their 8th debut anniversary in December of 2019.
During their active promotion as K-pop idols, they were promoting in the subgroup EXO-M, which is composed of Chinese members, including the current EXO member, Lay.
There is no official statement yet from the show. However, a particular clip is currently trending on social media, which is a scene from the recent episode of the show wherein Tao is talking about Kris. In the video, a contestant performed Kris's track, "Big Bowl Thick Noodles," and after her performance, Tao told her that she should sing Mao Buyi's song, his co-mentor, as the trainee previously claimed that she is Buyi's fan. .
Tao said, "You said you like Mao Buyi, but you sang another mentor's song instead. Do you have a Japanese version of Mr. Mao's song?" He asked after exchanging glances with Luhan.
Fans are thinking then that Tao was hinting fans of Kris's appearance on the show, after addressing him as "another mentor." Furthermore, Kris updated his social media account with still cut photos of an unseen performance stage, wearing the same clothes he's wearing when he was spotted while on his way to the shoot.
