Hyerim and Shin Min Chul went to visit a bookstore on the May 4th episode of "Don't Be Jealous," and were completely honest as a partner about their past challenges.
Hyerim and Shin Min Chul did not greet one another until later when they arrived individually at the bookstore, and instead split up and looked at various things. Watching Hyerim completely absorbed in the books, Shin Min Chul stated, "I feel as if I have become invisible," causing friction between the two with seven years relationship.
Hyerim, who one day shared her wish to translate children's books, gazed at a book that she had translated herself, while Shin Min Chul questioned, "How long will we be in here? Searching for a book again? Every occasion we arrive here, we check for it." Hyerim replied that she wanted to check if the book is there with her own eyes and was lost in her hunt again.
Shin Min Chul lost his composure and asked, "Why have you been looking at these books for so long?" Suddenly silence fell in between.
Hyerim replied, "I know you're considerate [having to wait for me] however I can feel and tell you that you're running out of patience. Frankly, I am not yet finish looking. It disturbs me to learn that somebody is going to have to wait for me to do something or finish something."
"I feel like we are wasting our time at this book shop," responded Shin Min Chul. "I would like to meet and spend some time together with you."
While mentioning that he despises the book shop, Shin Min Chul said, "You concentrate more on the books than I do, and I feel like a slacker." He admitted that he had been troubled by this issue for a long time.
Then, he replied, "Don't be bothered by me," in reply to Hyerim stating that when he is waiting for her, she could tell. Hyerim replied, though, that whenever he does, she simply can not help but mind.
Hyerim and Shin Min Chul proved that even as a couple they have always had problems, differences and stuff to work on, and then once separated up in the past. "It was not because we seemed to have a major struggle or something but because of our differences in our personalities," they stated.
Shin Min Chul stressed that he had the feeling that he could not interact with Hyerim. "I could not really handle all that, so we grew apart of course," he said, showing that even a long-term relationship like theirs did not always run smoothly.
However, The fact stated on May 1, that in July, the pair will tie the knot! A representative from Hyerim's company RRR Entertainment had spoken to the Fact and said, "It is official that the pair are planning on getting married in July. The details of their wedding are still being discussed."
This will make Hyerim the second Wonder Girls member to walk down the aisle after Sunye, who got married in 2013 and is now the mom of three young kids.
Hyerim previously announced this year she's spent so long dating taekwondo athlete Shin Min Chul since 2013. They are presently appearing in MBC's "Don't Be Jealous" and have shared with fans and viewers their love story. Both too are expected to share their plans for wedding on the program.
Best wishes to Hyerim and Shin Min Chul!
