BLACKPINK Rosé, Lisa, and Jisoo's Solo Debut are Set! Here's YGE's Official Update

BLINKs rejoice and better be ready in their area, as BLACKPINK members Rosé, Lisa, and Jisoo is gearing up for their solo debut!

On June 1, YG Entertainment released an official statement updating BLACKPINK's comeback release schedules as well as the solo debut of members, including Rosé, Lisa, and Jisoo.

Through their official website, YG Entertainment announced that the promised the female idols, amidst the preparation for their three-month-long promotion, are also getting ready for their solo debut release, sequentially after their major comeback album release which will be BLACKPINK's first full-length album in September 2020.

According to the official update of the agency, "Rose and Lisa's solo work has already been completed, and Jisoo's solo song is currently on the process (the idol is currently working hard on it.)"

As for the schedule, YG Entertainment revealed that it will happen after BLACKPINK's comeback on a sequence of Rosé, Lisa, and Jisoo, though there is no exact date yet.

This is due to YG and BLACKPINK members' agreement that their group's album will come first. "We agreed with the members that BLACKPINK's comeback as a whole group and the first full-length album is the most important."

Furthermore, YG also explained to the fans why Rosé album has been delayed, which caused disappointment from fans as it was 2019, since the agency announced the female idol's solo debut, after Jennie's successful solo debut through 'SOLO' in November 2018.

Based on YG Entertainment's explanation, Rosé solo debut took a long time since instead of releasing a single track, they decided to release mini-album with multiple songs.

YG then conveyed their grateful hearts to BLINKs and fans who continually support BLACKPINK and affirmed them with words saying:

"We are giving all our support and efforts to help BLACKPINK grow intobetter music and great artists, which is an important thing to repay fans who love and support our artists."

In addition to this, YG Entertainment also asks for more support and encouragement to the BLACKPINK members, who are currently gearing up for their pre-release album that is set to kick off this June 12.

Moreover, BLACKPINK is about to drop their first YouTube reality show, and fans' cheer and love will surely give BLACKPINK a feeling of motivation to work harder and feel that their blood, sweat, and tears are worth it.

On the other hand, BLACKPINK is expected to dominate 2020 with their musical influence and power, as they are set to tease fans and music industry with a pre-release song this June, their second single also coming on July-August, while netizens and K-pop enthusiasts, especially BLINKd are waiting for their much-awaited return on September with a full-length album.
