YouTuber tehcie_ray recently uploaded a video in which he uses an app he made to determine how synchronized these 3rd and 4th generation female K-pop groups are. He gets clean samples that feature all the members doing the same move and being spread out. He then uploaded the video into the app and the app creates a model.
In the app, each member calculates a gradient between their joints. It then calculates the sync level and gives a score between 0% and 100%. His app also gives a confidence score between 0% and 100%, which shows how reliable the analysis is.

(G)I-DLE is another group that is very stylistic and focuses on the member's individual styles, which can lead to a lower synchronization score. He also noted that the app is not good at following fluid movements, so any samples that featured that was most likely discounted.

Oh My Girl has cheerleader vibes in their dances and have very tiring dances, which shows how hard they work. The maker guessed that their scores would be high but not the highest, and that's okay! After all, he noted that Oh My Girl has some of the best vocal harmonies in the game right now.

Weki Meki is an underrated group, but they have proven themselves here to be very synchronized. They also very fun and energetic dance moves that can be good for a workout!

ITZY are still rookies and are already very on sync with each other. The creator of the video himself stated that he expected ITZY to receive a high score. And that they did! Since they are still new to the game, it is likely they will get even better in the future.
