2. Former NRG Member Noh Yoo Min
Noh Yoo Min is a former member of the idol group NRG popular in the 1990s to early 2000s. When he debuted, Yoo Min immediately attracted the netizens and fans for being a legendary K-pop visual.

3. Former The Grace Member Dana
In 2018, the former member of K-pop group, The Grace, shocked viewers and fans due to her sudden weight gain. During her debut, she was slim with a pretty small face, that was why her new appearance surprised everyone. It was then announced that she was able to redeem her self-confidence - a program for her was launched called "Fly Again Dana" to show her journey and progress on losing weight.
In 2019, the K-pop idol came back with her amazing weight loss, shedding 35 pounds in three months.
4. G.O.D Kim Tae Woo
One of the legendary K-pop idols Tae Woo was always bigger than his other co-members during G.O.D's debut. However, his weight gain got more serious when he reached his 30s. Thus, the idol signed a contract with a weight loss company to work on his transformation.
After the diet plan, Tae Woo succeeded in having his weight goal. However, he experienced a yo-yo effect, that leads them to pay a sum of money due to a contract violation with the company, which is to maintain his weight.
