Boyfriends' Great Expresses Love for BLACKPINK Lisa through IG Post

With Lisa's beauty and appeal, it's not surprising that other celebrities can't help but become her fan!

On Dec. 16, Wednesday, the T-pop idol and actor Great expressed his love for the Thai-born K-pop superstar again through his social media account, proving that he's indeed Lisa's "No. 1 fanboy."

In particular, Great Sapol Assawamunkong, or prominently known through his mononym Great, posted his photo through Instagram.

In the photo, Great is wearing a shirt with a print that says, "I LISA YOU." As the idol is long-known to be a BLACKPINK fan and Lisa-biased among the Lakorn (Thai Drama) and T-pop community, fans and netizens were quick to point out that he is referring to the female idol's hashtag trend.

"I LISA YOU" immediately trended on Thai Twitter real-time searches then and helped it rise among other countries as well.

As the photo attracted numerous attention from fans and supporters, particularly BLINKs (BLACKPINK fandom), even Great's colleagues in the acting field and co-members left comments, too, praising his strong BLINK spirit.

Ritz Rueangrit Siriphanit, his co-member said, "Number 1 Blink, teach them."

Gulf Kanawut Traipipattanapong, an actor who is also his co-member left a comment too, saying, "the truest Blink haha"

In addition to this, Peem Jaiyen Thanabordee conveyed his interest in his post and commented, "Oh, T-shirt," to which Great replied, "Would you like one?"

Fans were anticipating more Thai celebrities to join Great in his "fanboying" mode. It was noted that Great didn't just show his support for Lisa but the group as well, as he was also seen attending their fan sign event.

Sapol Assawamunkong is a Thai model and actor, who is also a member of the T-pop boy band, Boyfriends. They are a collaboration group, including Ritz and Gulf.

Lisa is the main dancer and rapper from the "biggest K-pop girl group in the world" BLACKPINK.

As a Thai-born K-pop idol, it is no doubt that numerous Thai fans and celebrities are supporting her, as the pride of their hometown.

However, aside from Thailand, Lisa is also proving her popularity and influence not only in Korea but around the world as her group has been deemed as "World's Biggest Girl Group" and "K-pop Queens" by fans and media.

In the latest article released by ELLE on Dec. 14, BLACKPINK was introduced as "Women of the Year."

The quartet, comprised of Jennie, Lisa, Rose, and Jisoo, furthered their global impact after releasing their first-full length album "THE ALBUM" on October 2. Along with their promotion, the four members also graced the fashion industry as high-end brand ambassadors, such as Lisa for Celine and BVLGARI, Jennie for Chanel, Jisoo for Dior, and Rose for Yves Saint Laurent.

ELLE also highlighted the collaboration of BLACKPINK to top international artists, including Cardi B, Dua Lipa, and Selena Gomez, which endorsed them to the US Market and eventually becoming the first girl-group to peak at No. 1 at Billboard's "Artist 100" since 2014.
