"A," in an interview with Sports Kyunghyang on April 5 said, "In 2008, when I was 18 years old, I accidentally met Park Chorong in a street in Sachang-dong. She looked at me with a disgusted face."
According to "A", Chorong dragged them to an alleyway where Chorong said, "The way you smiled looking at me is unpleasant," and proceeded to slap "A" on the cheek and kick their shin.
Chorong's friends, who were with her at the time, also assaulted "A" on the head, shoulders, and back. "A" suffered damage in the assault, such as swelling of the face and bruises all over their body.

"A" also revealed that they contacted Chorong's agency, Play M Entertainment, but was dismissed as a prank call from an anti-fan and showed a cold reaction.
After that, "A" shared that they contacted and got in touch with Chorong who said, "I'm sorry," and asked "A" for a meeting, to which "A" argued that they did not want to meet with the singer due to the trauma.
In a second phone call with Chorong, "A" said that Chorong changed her earlier statement and claimed that she did not harass "A," to which "A" said that there is a recording of their first phone call to prove otherwise.
