BTS member V is making headlines after he was selected as the celebrity who best matches Forbes Korea.

BTS V Selected as the Celebrity That Best Matches Forbes Korea
From July 7 to July 13, Forbes Korea partnered up with Idol Champ and held a poll, titled "Which celebrity best matches Forbes Korea?"
The poll aimed to find the idol that fans would most want to see in Forbes Korea. The winner of the poll would receive PR advertisements and an article in Forbes Korea about them.

To be able to vote, fans had to subscribe to Forbes Korea's official YouTube channel, watch a video from their channel, and comment their favorite idol on the video.
Then, fans would enter their Idol Champ ID information into a Google Form, which would make them eligible to vote.
Fans were encouraged to vote for the idol they believed has the "Forbes Look" — someone who boasted overwhelming popularity, beautiful looks, and remarkable figures among K-pop idols.

V was up against nine other idols but managed to reign victorious. According to to the Idol Champ application, V received 46.39% of the total votes.
The "Permission to Dance" singer is not only a celebrity that fits Forbes' image, but he is also an artist who has broken several records and has worldwide popularity. Additionally, he has qualities that greatly suit magazine models.
Back in February 2021, BTS member V ranked in third place in I-MAGAZINE's "Fashion Face Awards 2020." Fashion photographer Jodie Foster praised v for his sweetish charms. Film director and screenwriter John H. Lee, on the other, applauded V's stunning facial features.

Following news that V ranked number one on the poll, ARMYs were quick to trend "TOP MODEL V" on social media sites. Other hashtags they trended to celebrate V's win include "ForbesWinterTaehyun," "ForbesKoreaModel," and "ForbesWinnerTaehyung."
The hashtags trended in numerous countries worldwide, such as in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the Philippines.
