Back in September, it was reported that all four BLACKPINK members, including Lisa, will be attending Paris Fashion Week. The idol is known to the global brand ambassador of Celine and Bvlgari.

However, when Lisa did not attend any schedules for Paris Fashion Week while her other members did, many of her supporters, specifically Thai fans, speculated that Lisa was being discriminated against in terms of her work.

On October 5, Bvlgari CEO JC Babin took to Instagram to welcome Lisa to Europe. He then revealed that he had invited Lisa to the Etam fashion show, which Bvlgari sponsored, as well as invited her to Milano, Italy, for Bvlgari's show and to take photos for the global campaign.

However, he revealed YG Entertainment did not allow her to go, citing COVID-19 as their reason.
