Jo Yuri's solo debut album "GLASSY" has achieved the ninth highest first-week album sales on the Hanteo Chart among female solo albums in history.
On Oct. 7, the former IZ*ONE member made her solo debut with her first single album, titled "GLASSY." This album features the title track of the same name, plus two B-sides.
Jo Yuri becomes the second former member of the project girl group IZ*ONE to debut as a soloist, following Kwon Eunbi.

On Oct. 14, the entertainment agency Wake One announced that Jo Yuri's first single album, "GLASSY," surpassed 75,000 copies in the first week since its release.
"GLASSY" sold a total of 37,453 copies on the first day alone, and on the seventh day (Oct. 13), 8,293 more copies were sold. Within the first seven days, the number of copies sold crossed 75,000 copies.
To be precise, Jo Yuri's "GLASSY" first-week album sales amount on Hanteo is 75,211 copies, the ninth highest for a female soloist in history.

Jo Yuri becomes the seventh female solo artist to sell more than 70,000 copies in the first week, following IU, Taeyeon, BLACKPINK members Lisa and Rosé, and Red Velvet members Wendy and Joy.
This 2021, Jo Yuri's "GLASSY" first-week album sales record is now the fifth-highest for a female soloist. It surpassed Red Velvet Joy's "Hello," which only sold 72,747 copies.
So far, two former IZ*ONE members are included in the list of Top 10 female soloists with the highest first-week sales on Hanteo this year. While Jo Yuri sits at No. 5, Kwon Eunbi sits at No. 8 with her solo debut album "Open."

Shortly after the song's release, it landed on various Korean music charts. It entered at No. 2 on Bugs, No. 88 on Genie, and No. 68 on MelOn's old chart.
"GLASSY" also made it to the Top 30 of iTunes Songs charts in at least 11 countries including Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, and Indonesia.
Moreover, Jo Yuri's solo debut track debuted at No. 23 on the Worldwide iTunes Song Chart.

On the daily Korean music charts on Oct. 8, Jo Yuri's "GLASSY" debuted at No. 10 on Bugs, No. 116 on MelOn, and No. 170 on Genie.
Over on the Gaon Chart, "GLASSY" entered the digital chart for the week ending on Oct. 9. It secured the No. 167 spot with 2,269,642 digital points.
Furthermore, all three songs from Jo Yuri's "GLASSY" made it to the latest weekly Gaon Download Chart. "GLASSY" ranked No. 17, "Express Moon" placed No. 57, and "Autumn Box" grabbed No. 100.
Finally, "GLASSY" entered at No. 7 on the Gaon Album Chart and No. 2 on the Gaon Retail Album Chart with 40,970 copies sold.
