BTS J-Hope's Instagram Username Reminds People of This Female Idol

BTS opening up their own personal Instagram accounts has been the hottest topic in the K-pop community nowadays. The BTS members have amassed millions of followers in less than a day, and each photo they post has garnered millions of likes.

Along with opening these accounts are several stories, such as when V accidentally followed BLACKPINK member Jennie on the application.

One thing that has interested many is how the usernames of each member clearly show the personality of each member.

For example, Jungkook's username had people laughing, as his handle has all the alphabet letters except JK (which represents Jungkook) @abcdefghi__lmnopqrstuvwxyz.

In comparison, Jin's username is short and straightforward — it is simply @jin.

However, the member's username that has garnered the most praise is J-Hope's, which is @uarmyhope. The handle was praised for being both creative and meaningful, as it includes his stage name J-Hope (Hope) and BTS's fandom name, ARMY.

Soon, people noticed a similarity in J-Hope's username with the username of Red Velvet member Joy, which is @_imyourjoy_. Both idols found a way to crease usernames based on stage names, and both usernames send a message of love to their fans.

After J-Hope opened up his personal Instagram account, many tweets on Twitter mentioned the similarities of his username to that of Joy.
