Three of Justin Bieber's security guards allegedly assaulted a photographer in a Miami parking lot, choking the victim and confiscating his camera, after snapping photos of the child star while he was skateboarding, according to TMZ.

Justin Bieber was in the parking of The Hit Factory riding his skateboard when an unknown photographer, the alleged victim, began photographing the teen star.

After the photographer got enough snaps, two of Justin Bieber's security guards ran up on the victim and surrounded him while a third security guard began choking him.

Once Justin Bieber's security guards got a hold of the photographer, they proceeded to nab his camera and confiscate the memory card with the photos.

Following the incident, the suspect filed a police report and tried to get the security guards arrested, according to TMZ.

Upon arrival, police took a battery report and sent the case to the State's Attorney for review, TMZ also reported.  

Justin Bieber fans are left wondering if the teen star, who has been under the spotlight for several of his recent mishaps, was doing something aside from skateboarding that he wasn't supposed to do.

Apparently, there are also third-party photos of the assault that were taken by passersby, sources told TMZ.

Photos of the incident have not been released but Justin Bieber is said to have just been skateboarding, and nothing else.

Justin Bieber is currently dealing with legal complications over accusations of speeding his Ferrari on Memorial Day and framing his close companion, Tyler, the Creator.
