BTS, Stray Kids, TWICE and More: Lineup of Performers for Dispatch's 'DFESTA' Concert Revealed
On Jan. 1, instead of issuing the latest New Year's Day dating scandal, Dispatch uploaded short videos announcing a concert, titled "DFESTA." The event is for the celebration of the news outlet's 10th anniversary in the industry.
What's more surprising about the announcement is the star-studded lineup of performers. While other K-pop concerts or song festivals tend to have a few big artists combined with smaller acts, Dispatch's concert managed to invite all the top-tier singers in the K-pop industry, surpassing even the MAMA's lineup.

This list of performers for "DFESTA" includes BTS, SEVENTEEN, NU'EST, TWICE, NCT 127, NCT Dream, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, Stray Kids and ENHYPEN. It is worth noting that all artists come from the three of the well-known companies in Korea: HYBE, SM Entertainment and JYP Entertainment.
The teaser for Dispatch's concert begins with a sentence that reads "There are no perfect secrets in the world." It transitioned to a monitor screen and the camera zoomed into the phrases that say "Dispatch is likely to do something. Check it out." Toward the end of the video, the names and logo of idol groups were shown before the word "DFESTA" shows up on the screen.
The second short video shows a continuation of the first clip. It features excerpts of the performances of the K-pop groups mentioned in the first teaser. Dispatch is yet to announce further details regarding its special anniversary concert "DFESTA," so stay tuned!

Following the announcement of Dispatch's concert, the Korean media outlet received various reactions from fans especially about the lineup of performers, which aroused suspicion.

In particular, he phrase "There are no perfect secrets in the world," which can be seen in the beginning of the teaser for "DFESTA" resulted in a lot of speculation, the most famous of which is that the concert is a "hostage concert."
Several fans of the performers seem to believe that the K-pop groups are performing at "DFESTA" so that Dispatch won't expose scandalous stories about the band members.
