It was reported earlier today that Sharon Stone has a new boyfriend: Hamptons hotelier, Michael Wudyka.

But E Online says the actresses reps have denied the report and that Stone is still single.

Page 6 in the New York Post first reported the rumor that Wudyka and Stone were an item.

The two appeared at the Creative Coalition in Washington DC in late April, but it wasn't a fling or anything, just a coincidence. They did become friends though.

"They are really good for each other," said a source to the Post.

But while reps for Stone and Wudyka wouldn't confirm the relationship to the Post, Stone's reps had no problem denying the relationship to E Online.

Said Stone's reps to E: "They are not dating. They are dear friends who work together on the Creative Coalition. And not at all dating."

Just because the 55-year-old Stone isn't dating the 46-year-old Wudyka, doesn't mean she's settling for anything less as she strutted around the recent Cannes Film Festival dazzling paparazzi with style and beauty.

She definitely turned heads during the Behind the Candelabra premiere wearing a Roberto Cavalli blue dress that had everyone talking. 

Stone was also on hand at the De Grisogono Party where she talked about the fantasy of the De Grisogono jewelry line while rocking another amazing outfit: a red chic dress with bold side splits and circular cuts on the hips.

Stone broke up with her boyfriend of eight months, Martin Mica, in January of this year, and she's been single ever since, despite the Post rumors today.
