Justin Bieber Steals Second Paparazzi’s Memory Card: Two Bodyguards Choke Photographer Taking Pictures, Face Battery Accusations And Possible Lawsuit

Justin Bieber stole a memory card from a photographer who was pleading for his camera back, hours before ordering his security guards to choke and steal another photographer's camera in Miami. Bieber's security guards now face battery accusations and a possible lawsuit, according to TMZ.

The first incident occurred at 4 a.m. outside of The Hit Factory recording studio, when a photographer was snapping photos of Justin Bieber and saving them on his memory card. After Justin Bieber noticed that he was being photographed, he ordered his security guards to steal the memory card while screaming, "Get that f*cking camera out of here!" according to an audio tape released by TMZ.

The photographer was pleading for forgiveness and even offered to delete the photos he snapped, but Justin Bieber didn't compromise and said "Alright, alright. I'm gonna give you your camera back. I'm gonna take your SIM card though," the audio tape reveals.

But Justin Bieber doesn't stop there.

Hours later, a second photographer snapped photos of Justin Bieber in the same parking lot. Two of his security guards then ran up on the paparazzi and choked him after stealing his memory card.

Justin Bieber's security guards are accused of roughing up the second photographer and face a possible lawsuit, Miami Dade Police Detective Roy Rutland told Gossip Extra.

"The officer concluded that what occurred may have been a simple battery," Rutland told Gossip Extra.

"Now, the photographer can pursue this with the state attorney's office if he chooses."

Justin Bieber is currently staying at a South Beach hotel, according to Gossip Extra.
