Suho has maintained his toned abs and muscular physique since EXO's debut in 2012. He once showed off his abs during his solo performance at EXO's concert in Seoul, causing the fans to go wild.

Given that he has been boasting a lean body only for 10 years only means he is strict with his diet and workout, which makes him one of the fittest members in EXO.

One factor that helps EXO member Suho maintains his slim figure is dancing, which is one of the most common and most natural ways to lose weight. He has a weekly dance routine, alongside his bandmates, where he practices for hours at least three to five days per week.

Through dancing, Suho not only burns an immense amount of calories but also has fun as it is something that he loves. So, if you're also into dancing, it will only take a matter of time for you to lose weight.

Besides dance practices, EXO Suho's workout routine also includes weight training. He had previously shared photos of him in the gym with his bandmates and even with VIXX Ravi.

In a video shared on YouTube, Suho, Kai and Ravi are taking turns in using gym equipment that involves weight lifting. This explains why EXO's leader boasts a muscular physique.

During a 2016 interview with a media outlet, the "Love Shot" singer said that he exercises every other day.

In addition to regular exercise, EXO leader Suho also has a strict diet that helps him maintain his slender shape. He talked about his dietary habits in an interview with the TV Report back in 2016.

Suho said that he hardly eats any carbohydrates. On a daily basis, the only carbs that he eats are one bowl of rice. He added that he has maintained a diet plan that mostly consists of proteins and salads.

EXO Suho went on to share that he only goes out to drink around five times a year. However, he did admit that keeping up with such a diet is difficult for him.

He confessed that he usually likes to eat sweet stuff. And, while others don't know what they want when they go out to drink, he already knows what he wants - a bag of cookies.

However, because he needs to stay slim, EXO Suho's diet plan doesn't include chocolate and cookies, and this disappoints the idol given that he has sweet tooth.
