Brad Pitt treated Angelina Jolie to about $4500 of lacey lingerie for her 38^th birthday.

Angelina recently underwent double mastectomy surgery to greatly reduce her risk of breast cancer.

A source said: "Since Angie has recovered from the surgery, she and Brad have been acting like a couple of lovestruck teenagers. They can't keep their hands off each other," The Sun reports.

"It was her birthday Tuesday, Brad arranged for the French fashion designer Heidi Slimane, from Saint Laurent in Paris, to sort her out with a whole wardrobe full of new clothes," the source added.

The underwear was also bought from Agent Provocateur. He gave her the gifts while the couple was in Paris for the premiere of Pitt's new film "World War Z."

But the presents didn't stop there.

While on the red carpet during the premiere, Bild TV asked Pitt what he was going to give his fiancé for her birthday.

"Oh, that's private," he responded with a smile, ABC News reports. "You know, something for the global woman, something for the mother [and] something dirty - always."

The Sun's source said Angelina loved the gifts.

"Angelina was so touched by Brad's gifts ... She can't wait to marry him this summer," the source added.
