A Happy Wheels iOS app version is already under construction and fans should expect it by the end of this summer. 

The yet unnamed iOS app for Happy Wheels was first introduced at the PAX East 2013 held in Boston. And it was announced that the Happy Wheels iOS app will be release for US players at the end of the summer season. After the launching, the development for the Happy Wheels Android app will immediately follow but no specific release date for it has been confirmed.

Gameplay for Happy Wheels will basically be the same with the web-browser version of the game but the controls will be the main difference, since iOS devices do not have keyboards. The characters in the game will only be controlled through the on-screen buttons in the game. Happy Wheels iOS app will also be supported by Game Center and iCade controller.

A demo version for the Happy Wheels iOS app was only available at the PAX event and it only showed less number of levels and few characters from the 25 characters available in the original game. Characters to choose from the PAX demo version are Segway Guy, Irresponsible Dad, Wheelchair Guy, Effective Shopper, Lawnmower Man and Moped Couple. It is unconfirmed yet if the other comical characters from the original version will be part of the Happy Wheels iOS app. The Fancy Force Twitter has also confirmed that there will be a level editor for the mobile app version.

Happy Wheels features graphic violence as well as funny characters which effectively combine to produce a highly addicting yet challenging driving game. Players can even submit their own levels of the game and some posts funny videos of their gameplay from Happy Wheels. Jim Bonnaci is the creator of the game and it was initially launched way back in 2010.  

The Happy Wheels iOS app that is soon to be released is also expected to provide the same level of fun for its fans and players.
