Brave Girls Minyoung Questions Agency's 'Expensive' Fan Club Fee

On April 29, Brave Girls Minyoung became a hot topic online, according to Top Star News, following her Bubble message sent in November last year. (*Bubble = paid message communication platform)

On the platform, Minyoung sent a series of queries regarding the fan club membership fee system, saying:

"I heard about the recruitment for the official fan club (members). But is there a subscription fee for that?"

She was then surprised after learning that fans should pay to become official members of their fan club, Fearless.

"Why do you have to pay for it? In the very first place, why do you have to pay for it to become a fan? Do we have to pay for it just like other artists' fan clubs? Can't we be different?"

It seems like while on the topic, some Fearless told the idol that the fan club fee was "too expensive." Minyoung then indirectly gave a sour reaction, attesting to fans she would take care of it.

"I'll ask them (agency) to give a discount on the subscription fee. I hate it, making the fans spend money. It's annoying. It's funny how everyone does the same thing when it is not even set by law."

Although it was not her fault, Minyoung bowed her head to fans and sincerely said:

"We are who we are and come all the way here because of fans, but why are we signing up fans for money? I wonder if I'm weird. Anyway, I'm always sorry and thankful."
